Each of our rooms is furnished with your client’s comfort in mind. We provide tea, coffee, have an awesome porch for hanging out on, and a great backyard if you want to sit in the grass between clients. Full time rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished

Although we are mostly full, we do have som part-time space still available.

HARMONY

Harmony is one of our newst rooms, added with our 2022 renovation. It has nice natural light and provides a quiet space for bodywork, counseling or meditation sessions.

This is a flex room, set up specifically to be used by both bodyworkers and counselors (and practitioners to who both).

Available Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting 10/1

METAL

Metal is one of our larger rooms, it has comfortable seating for 2 for extended intakes as well as a desk for charting between clients and virtual work.

With 2 windows it also has great cross-breeze and plenty of natural light.

Available Saturday and Sunday, Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons

EARTH

With 2 large windows, this room has a nice open feel. There is a view of South Table mountain from the room. We have an adjustable table as well as shelves and cabinet for storing your oils while you work.

Because there is just one chair, this room is best for massage or other bodywork, not suited for counseling or sitting for an entire session.

Available Sunday, Tuesday mornings, Friday afternoons

WATER

Water is set up nicely for counseling with a recliner and loveseat. There is also a desk for note taking between clients or zoom visits between face-to-face clients.

Being at the back of the top floor it also affords some additional privacy that counseling clients tend to prefer.

WISDOM

Wisdom is nicely set up as a quiet massage room, but the table can easily be taken down and the room can be used for talk therapy.

This room is setup with a desk in front of a window, so the lighting is perfect for zoom sessions.

Available afternoons Wednesday all day, and Thurday and Friday afternoons

WOOD

Wood is a nice large room with plenty of room for getting around the table or assessing client mobility.

There are 2 nice leather chairs so this is a good room for practitioners who spent a little time sitting and talking with their clients before or after their session.
